Hi Ryan,
We think of Greenhorn cave as being closer to Lake Isabella than to
Bakersfield. Next time you manage to hit the Kern Valley you can try
out the little Deep Creek Cave by following our Roy Rogers LB clues.
The FS has blocked off the entrance to save us all from the peril
that lays within, but you are thin enough to skinny by the gate.
Gwen and I have long since been unable to enter, but still remember
the cool little waterfall inside.

Oh, it's definitely closer to Lake Isabella. I was just trying to
use the closest 'big city' that most people probably would have
heard of.
I have good memories of that cave, though. =) It's not especially
large or complicated. Virtually impossible to get lost in. But it
is a workout squeezing through all those cracks and spider-walking
across the walls to avoid stepping in large pools of water.

I'd love to, but alas, if I'm with Amanda, she'll probably veto the
idea because of her claustrophobia. Women. *rolling eyes* =)
She'd probably want to find letterboxes anyhow, not crawl around
underground somewhere. Go figure. *shrug* =)

Well the multi stamp series leads you to the cave entrance , so Amanda would have the stamp series, and you would have both the cave and the stamps. Both of you would have a very bad punch line to a very long and bad joke.
